  • Salary Range: $45,000-$48,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver community-based services to youth and families
  • Complete necessary documentation and training
  • Coordinate and oversee services for youth and families
  • Build strong relationships with foster and adoptive parents
  • Prepare adoption documentation and conduct home assessments
  • Attend court proceedings and identify suitable adoptive matches
  • Conduct safety evaluations and provide crisis intervention services
  • Meet billable productivity goals and engage in quality improvement initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Services
  • Two years of direct service experience with youth and families
  • Professional license - Ohio LSW
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Proficient in computer and software applications

Additional Skills:

  • Completion of Ohio Adoption Assessor training
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to various stakeholders
  • Objective, professional, and respectful demeanor
  • Cultural awareness and inclusivity

Driving and Vehicle Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Good driving history
  • Minimum automobile insurance coverage
