Senior Wealth Management Advisor

We are currently in search of a Wealth Management Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships and delivering financial and investment counsel to both existing and prospective clients. Wealth Advisors collaborate with a team of specialists within the Wealth Group, engaging with experts such as Private Bankers, Trust Officers, Fixed Income Teams, RPS Administrators, and Philanthropy Officers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Client Relationships:
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review and adjust their financial goals, information, and investment strategies.
- Evaluate clients' risk tolerance and return objectives to construct tailored investment portfolios.
- Adjust and rebalance client portfolios in response to evolving client needs, cash requirements, and market fluctuations.
- Develop basic financial plans and collaborate with our dedicated financial planning team to implement holistic strategies.
- Facilitate introductions to in-house insurance specialists and other financial resources.
- Build strong relationships with partners in Consumer and Commercial sectors.
- Work closely with Private Bankers to enhance wallet share among existing wealth clients.
- Identify external opportunities to expand influence beyond the bank.
- Continuously research and develop expertise to provide informed advice to clients throughout various business cycles.
- Stay updated on current developments and trends in relevant financial areas.
- Utilize industry knowledge to inform planning and decision-making processes.
- Client Leadership: Prioritize client needs and insights to foster long-term relationships.
- Planning and Organization: Skillfully manage priorities and resources to achieve team objectives.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess the necessary expertise to perform effectively while embracing continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Build and maintain trusted relationships to achieve business goals.
- Communication: Share information effectively, tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or institutional wealth management.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient understanding of investment markets, products, and strategies.
- Demonstrated sales and closing abilities.
- Possession of Series 6 or 7 licenses for brokerage products.
- State Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
- Preferred designations include CFP, MBA, or other professional credentials.
- Ability to establish and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
