Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management Advisor to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Wealth Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and delivering holistic advice and solutions to our high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract and retain a portfolio of prospect and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build capability and drive business growth.
  • Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support to clients.
  • Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve complex problems within given rules.
  • Work independently and handle non-routine situations.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MBA certification preferred.
  • Experience dealing with high net worth clients and equivalent knowledge base.
  • Certified Financial Planner is preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of all facets of wealth management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bank products, services and capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
