Technical Support Specialist for Philips CT Systems

The Technical Support Specialist for Philips CT Systems will provide expert technical support and guidance to Field Engineers, Client Service Technicians, and customers experiencing system performance issues. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service Excellence and will serve as the technical resource for service-related escalations regarding the product family.
This is a remote role that requires the candidate to work from their home office, residing in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of Philips CT systems. They will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of modality products, service expertise, and tools to maintain "field advisor" status.
The Technical Support Specialist will utilize the GEHC escalation process as needed, working closely with local customer and national support to define and support implementation of corrective action plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. They will also contribute to the improvement of productivity tools through idea generation, workout attendance, and small projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote and on-site technical support for Philips CT systems
* Use successful, effective field experience and knowledge to provide technical support to Field Engineers, Client Service Technicians, and customers
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of modality products, service expertise, and tools to maintain "field advisor" status
* Utilize the GEHC escalation process as needed to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in the repair and maintenance of Philips CT systems
* Strong background in engineering, with a focus on medical imaging equipment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
