Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve and respond to customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage asset inventory and ensure compliance with defined asset management processes
  • Act as a resolution point for complex business systems concerns and issues
  • Collaborate with the Operational Analyst team to resolve and communicate resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Communicate frequently with Management to develop personal skills and abilities

Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT and technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
