Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Operation Homefront in San Antonio, TX.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in IT help desk support and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they should be able to work collaboratively with a team and independently, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to staff members by identifying problems, researching answers, and performing root-cause analysis.
  • Assist with monitoring, identifying, and escalating urgent technical problems as appropriate.
  • Perform software and hardware installations and upgrades, maintain user management permissions, and on/off board users.
  • Identify optimization opportunities in performance, processes, and procedures, recommending changes.
  • Maintain asset inventory and other IT documentation.
