Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead diverse client project teams to achieve functional or technical deployment results that meet client expectations.
  • Apply project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to introduce structure and enhance value throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assess project risks and implement strategies for mitigation, escalating issues as needed.
  • Develop strong client relationships that foster mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Proactively influence team members to achieve project success while promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Identify opportunities to contribute further by taking on additional responsibilities to enhance client success.
  • Deliver verbal and written status updates to all levels of client leadership, including executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management with the capability to manage complex projects and/or multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven success in a client-focused consulting environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to diverse audiences
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Box, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
  • Experience leading the planning, scope, risk, and issue management of large-scale enterprise technology projects
