We are currently in search of a Senior Project Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive in-office support for a NASA contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars to ensure that essential meetings are attended by members of the senior management team.
- Oversee meeting arrangements, including the preparation of agendas, attendee coordination, and reservation of conference facilities.
- Execute administrative management tasks that fulfill various organizational needs, including the preparation of travel authorizations and vouchers for division members, which may involve international travel.
- Maintain and update databases that track the status of administrative tasks and requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews of correspondence intended for executive signatures to ensure compliance with agency standards.
- Utilize the Headquarters Action Tracking System (HATS) and Partnership Agreement Maker (PAM) to monitor and address all actions within the division.
- Facilitate key meetings by establishing communication lines, taking minutes, and managing attendance records.
- Develop presentations to support divisional meetings.
- Assist in planning Directorate milestones and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
- Provide recommendations to clients regarding meeting participation and communication strategies to respect their schedules.
- Become acquainted with internal NASA HQ contacts for IT and meeting support, particularly for hybrid events.
- Track personnel with varying levels of security clearance and assist in organizing classified briefings.
- Support both domestic and international visitors by managing the necessary paperwork and coordinating with authorized personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and travel arrangements.
- Travel may be required.
- Must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency criteria for access to NASA facilities, with a comprehensive background check required.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree coupled with 12 years of relevant experience, or 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Compensation and Benefits:
ASRC Federal is committed to investing in our employees' well-being, offering competitive compensation and benefits packages. The salary range for this position is $90,790 - $136,246, contingent upon experience, seniority, geographic location, and other legally permissible factors. Benefits may include healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), educational assistance, and paid time off, including holidays and other legally mandated leave.
