Core Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Manage the project to ensure it aligns with organizational objectives, regulatory mandates, and industry standards.
  • Monitor technical progress, oversee timelines and budgets, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise the creation of all project deliverables, including assessments, strategic plans, communications, and change management initiatives, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and are completed punctually.

Strategic Development and Communication

  • Collaborate with leadership to formulate strategic plans for the project and other ongoing initiatives.
  • Propel initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in alignment with the organization's mission.
  • Create strategic communication plans and materials to articulate the project to stakeholders.
  • Foster transparency and comprehension of internal quality review processes and standards.

Compliance and Oversight

  • Guarantee project compliance with regulatory directives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop metrics to communicate compliance to stakeholders.

Change Management and Training

  • Lead change management efforts to gather and assess metrics, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through effective change management practices.
  • Provide training support for the project and related initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience within the last eight (8) years.
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in management, business, or a related field.
  • Eight (8) years of supervisory or managerial experience within the last ten (10) years.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in compliance and oversight of government programs.
  • Proven ability to establish metrics for project requirements and communicate findings effectively.
  • Expertise in change management to guide teams in metric collection and assessment.
  • Familiarity with the non-legal aspects of the Veterans' Disability and Compensation appeals process is essential.
