Analyst for Regulated Investment Funds

Yieldstreet is in search of an Analyst with a strong operational background to become a part of our Regulated Funds Team. This position will emphasize a variety of oversight and execution responsibilities associated with the management of Yieldstreet's regulated investment funds. You will work closely with both senior and junior team members across various functions, as well as external partners, to ensure the smooth operation, accuracy, and efficiency of daily activities and communications regarding our regulated funds. This role will report directly to the Fund's Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate trading activities to our fund administrator.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to trade settlements and discrepancies.
- Assist in conveying post-close events concerning the fund's investments.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of cash and positions.
- Review and reconcile subscriptions and redemptions.
- Coordinate the tender offer process.
- Oversee the quarterly dividend process.
- Support tax reporting for investors.
- Manage the production calendar for fund filings.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Familiarity with private equity and private credit principles and terminology.
- 2-3+ years of experience in operational or administrative roles within regulated funds.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset, capable of comprehending the nuances of all requests and asking pertinent questions to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, venture-backed, hyper-growth environment, where strategic and independent thinking is essential, all while maintaining high-quality work output.

Compensation:
- HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80,000 + (Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and market data alignment. The compensation package also includes generous bonuses, benefits, and equity.)
