Yieldstreet is on the lookout for an Analyst with a strong background in operations to become a vital part of our Regulated Funds Team. This position will emphasize a variety of oversight and execution responsibilities concerning the management of Yieldstreet's regulated investment funds. You will work in close collaboration with both senior and junior members across different functions, as well as external partners, to ensure the seamless, precise, and efficient handling of daily operations and communications regarding events within our regulated funds. This role will report directly to the Fund's Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Relay trade activities to our fund administrator.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to trade settlements and discrepancies.
- Assist in communicating post-close events related to the fund's investments.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of cash and positions.
- Review and reconcile subscriptions and redemptions.
- Facilitate the tender offer process.
- Oversee the quarterly dividend process.
- Support tax reporting for investors.
- Manage the production calendar for fund filings.
- Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Familiarity with private equity and private credit principles and terminology.
- 2-3+ years of experience in operational or administrative roles within regulated funds.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset, capable of understanding the intricacies of all requests and prioritizing effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, venture-backed, hyper-growth environment, demonstrating strategic thinking and independence while delivering high-quality results.

Compensation:
- HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80,000 + (Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and market alignment. The compensation package also includes generous bonuses, benefits, and equity.)
