Yieldstreet is in search of an Analyst with a background in operations to become a part of our Regulated Funds Team. This position will concentrate on a diverse range of oversight and execution responsibilities related to the administration of Yieldstreet's regulated funds. You will work closely with both senior and junior members of cross-functional teams, as well as external partners, to ensure the smooth, accurate, and efficient management of daily operations and communication regarding events within our regulated funds. This role will report directly to the Fund's Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate trading activities to our fund administrator.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues concerning trade settlements and discrepancies.
- Assist in the communication of post-closing events related to the fund's investments.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of cash and positions.
- Review and reconcile subscriptions and redemptions.
- Coordinate the tender offer process.
- Manage the quarterly dividend process.
- Assist with tax reporting for investors.
- Oversee the production calendar for fund filings.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Familiarity with private equity and private credit principles and terminology.
- 2-3+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role with regulated funds.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset, capable of understanding the nuances of all requests and prioritizing effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, venture-backed, hyper-growth environment, where strategic and independent thinking is essential while maintaining high-quality work output.

Compensation:
- HIRING SALARY RANGE: $80,000 + (Actual salary to be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. The compensation package also includes generous bonuses, benefits, and equity.)
