Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and government needs by attending conferences and events, gathering valuable insights to inform our growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong track record of success in leading business development teams or serving as a capture manager for federal contractors.
- Experience developing service-based proposals for DoD/Federal customers, with a proven ability to deliver winning solutions.
- Strong experience using federal opportunity sourcing tools such as SAM.Gov, FedConnect, Deltek GovWinIQ, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and present complex information effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong multitasking skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to achieve, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the growth and success of Career Crunch.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 8(a) Federal contracting methods and Shipley process/methods training.
- Knowledge and/or experience within one or more of the following service areas: Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Systems, Professional Services, Instructional Design, Training Development/Delivery, and Logistics.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
