Business and Growth Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business and Growth Development Lead to join our team at A Square Group. As a key member of our Federal Civilian IT Strategy team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Health IT sector. Your primary focus will be on developing market strategies and implementing them on specific strategic pursuits. You will lead the development of an overall account strategy, qualifying, maturing, and closing high-value dollar pipelines of opportunities that support the account strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, shape, and capture federal services opportunities in assigned accounts.
- Lead the business development and capture process, including customer contact, opportunity identification and analysis, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, and teaming strategy.
- Oversee capture, competitive analysis, teaming, partnership arrangements, pricing formulation, bids, and proposals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, new customers, and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience working in Federal government contracting and Federal Civilian and/or Health IT, Business Development, P&L Management, Capture, and Pricing formulation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively articulate our mission and offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
