Position Summary

The HOP Program Facilitator is essential in assisting our HOPsters as they navigate the admissions journey and progress towards becoming fully integrated HIPsters. Collaborating closely with the Admissions team and Program staff, the Facilitator will offer guidance, training, and support to ensure the effective assimilation of HOPsters into our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored instruction to groups of up to 16 HOPsters
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Admissions team and Program staff
  • Support assessments and contribute to admissions decisions
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ease the transition of HOPsters into our programs
  • Keep internal documentation and records up to date
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Special Education
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Additional Information

This role necessitates a valid driver's license, a clear background check, and the ability to pass a drug screening. The ideal candidate will exhibit integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and a dedication to our mission. While supervisory duties are not part of this role, it may involve physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning to ensure the safety and well-being of HIPsters.
