Job Title: Dental Front Desk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Front Desk professional. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental office.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Relations: Greet and check in patients, providing a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
  • Registration and Scheduling: Verify patient records, make necessary changes, and schedule appointments.
  • Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance, communicate benefits, and collect payments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain a clean and organized front office.
  • Treatment Planning: Prepare treatment plans and coordinate with dental staff.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Dental front office experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of dental software programs a plus.
