Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Boston Bunker Hill Area. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front office team to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Manage front office operations, including reservations, guest registration, bell services, and telephone services.
  • Prepare and manage the front office budget, including revenue and expense forecasting.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
