The Front Desk Office Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and customers. This multifaceted administrative position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare mailing labels, and apply postage for outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
  • Ensure the front office and communal areas are kept neat and professional.
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews as needed.
  • Monitor office and kitchen supply levels and assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing them.
  • Prepare agendas, handouts, and order food/refreshments for company meetings.
  • Provide administrative support with scanning, photocopying, shredding, faxing, filing, and collating.
  • Complete additional administrative projects and assignments as requested.
  • Set up and manage workstations for new employees.
  • Main point of contact with property management and vendors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive working relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Approachable, understanding, patient, and adheres to BOND's policies/procedures.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Displays initiative and independent thinking.
  • Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and may lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.
