Job Summary

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking a highly skilled Construction Security Technician to join our team. As a Construction Security Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring construction activities of sensitive security projects and locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide construction security program management, administrative, construction surveillance management, and construction surveillance services.
  • Work closely with the assigned Government Site Security Manager (SSM) to ensure all established security policies and procedures are followed.
  • Monitor the activities of all personnel on the Secured Site and provide basic physical security in accordance with security policies and regulations.
  • Perform access control functions to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons, materials, and equipment into the site.
  • Document the construction activities of all persons on the Secured Site and report all security incidents to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Requirements
  • Current Top Secret personnel security clearance and ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience and a minimum of three (3) years of construction experience directly related to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities construction or physical security.
  • Knowledgeable and demonstrated ability applying physical security policies and procedures and/or Intelligence Community security guidelines and procedures.
