Job Title: Security Specialist

Advantage SCI, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team. As a Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide support for project management, including performance monitoring and measurement.
  • Perform duties in the Contract Suitability, Intake to Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) program.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in security and/or intelligence fields.
  • Technical expertise in one or more security and/or intelligence fields.
  • Experience implementing complex government security and/or intelligence programs and policies.
  • Must be able to pass a DHS Favorable Suitability/Fitness determination.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must successfully pass a background investigation to be cleared to work.
Working Conditions:
  • The duties of this position are primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to walk upstairs and long distances without assistance.
