HOA Relationship Manager Job Description

At City National Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled HOA Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Community Association clients, identifying opportunities to grow our business, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HOA clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Community Association industry, leveraging your knowledge of local market trends and your network of contacts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver Treasury Management products and services that enhance the financial operations of HOA clients.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure the bank's lending policies and procedures are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking regulations, lending policies, and procedures to provide expert advice to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business development experience in the Community Association industry (HOA).
  • Two-four years of experience in building and expanding new banking relationships is preferred.
  • Proven success in generating new business and building trusting partnerships.
  • Thorough understanding of local market trends and a solid base of contacts required.
  • Excellent credit analysis and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a business, economics, finance, or related degree or equivalent experience.
