Overview

The HOA Relationship Manager at City National Bank is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Community Association clients to provide customized Treasury Management solutions that enhance their financial operations.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Community Association industry and the ability to develop and execute strategies to grow new business and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Community Association clients to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Treasury Management solutions to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow new business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of business development experience in the Community Association industry
  • Strong understanding of Treasury Management solutions and their applications in the Community Association industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
