Responsibilities:

* Maintain and service assigned portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial solutions to meet clients\u2019 needs.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to cross-sell other bank products and services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and report changes in credit quality, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
* Negotiate and structure credit facilities, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for both the bank and clients.
* Prepare and present credit packages to credit authority, ensuring thorough analysis and effective communication of client needs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan closings and customer onboarding.
* Oversee customer transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Maintain current financial information and analyze client data to identify new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a list of prospective clients, identifying new business sources and opportunities.
* Solicit new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth.

Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, basic accounting, and loan documentation.
* Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent interpersonal and social skills, with ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Good mathematical skills, with ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to sell, negotiate, and meet sales goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Good credit and administrative skills, with ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with bank policies.
* Ability to write reports and business correspondence, with a strong focus on clear and concise communication.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, with a strong focus on customer service.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma and a minimum of 10 years related experience, or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a related field with commensurate experience.
* Community and/or industry involvement in territory, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
* Bachelor\u2019s Degree with more than 10 years related experience preferred.
