Relationship Manager

Fidelity Investments is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to facilitate relationships with our most valuable and lucrative clients. As a key member of our team, you will inspire client dedication and engagement, developing long-term relationships that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, identifying sales opportunities and delivering personalized service to clients
- Collaborate with the Relationship Manager team to drive client engagement and loyalty
- Develop and execute client contact strategies to deepen relationships and drive revenue growth
- Provide expert financial guidance and advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service to clients
- Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, with the ability to obtain a Series 65 license within 90 days of hire
- College degree preferred, but not required
