Position Overview:
The current opening is within the Ambulatory Care division, a network of primary and specialized medical clinics.

Aligned with the mission of the Ventura County Health Care Agency, our dedicated team of healthcare professionals strives to set benchmarks in healthcare quality.

As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Registered Dietitian is tasked with conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients. They are responsible for crafting and executing tailored nutrition care plans and therapies, while also evaluating and modifying treatment as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional risk, utilizing medical histories and clinical data.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in patient care conferences, providing insights on dietary orders and educational objectives.
- Deliver medical nutrition therapy and nutritional education through various formats, including individual consultations and group classes.
- Develop and refine educational materials and programs that meet the needs of the clinic's patient demographics.

Qualifications:
