Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front office, including answering phones, greeting patients, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Patient Scheduling: Schedule new patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance coverage.
  • Insurance and Billing: Submit patient insurance information, collect co-pays and payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless care and services.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain physical therapy supplies inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of prior experience in customer service and administration, preferably in a medical or physical therapy setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. The ideal candidate will have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and present reports.
