Job Summary

Bright Talent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Interim Total Rewards Strategist to oversee the total rewards function on an interim basis during a critical period for one of our clients. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of day-to-day compensation and benefits administration, while also contributing to the development of long-term total rewards strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the total rewards function, ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
    • Leverage HRIS software to manage compensation and benefits programs, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Total Rewards Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to communicate and refine total rewards strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Industry Trends and Analysis
    • Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for total rewards program enhancements.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a Total Rewards leadership role, preferably within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Expertise in HRIS software is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations, trends, and best practices.
    • Process improvement and system optimization experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with senior leadership.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
