Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and manage all aircraft maintenance activities across multiple locations, ensuring projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Supervise the use of Quantum MX for work authorizations, work orders, and customer invoicing.
  • Obtain customer sign-offs on work authorizations and oversee completion of work orders prior to aircraft delivery.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including purchasing, coding of expenditures, and procurement of necessary parts and supplies for maintenance and avionics tasks.
  • Manage piston engine overhauls and ensure proper return-to-service procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hold an A&P Certificate with Inspector Authorization (IA).
  • Possess extensive experience in managing aircraft maintenance shops and conducting engine overhauls.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Quantum MX or a similar management software.
  • Strong understanding of jet phase inspections and piston engine maintenance, specifically with Continental and preferred Lycoming engines.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage customer relations effectively.
