Job Summary

The Total Rewards Manager is a key member of the HR team at First Search Inc., responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy
    • Develop and maintain competitive compensation programs that attract and retain top talent
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions
    • Design and implement salary structures, bonus plans, and other incentive programs
  • Benefits Administration
    • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
    • Coordinate open enrollment and other benefit-related events
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ACA and COBRA
  • HR Business Partner
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop strategic HR solutions
    • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain reports to track compensation and benefits metrics
    • Conduct analysis to inform business decisions and optimize compensation and benefits programs
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and deliver presentations to communicate compensation and benefits information to employees and management
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and vendors
Requirements
  • Education
    • Related Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or certifications, such as CCP or CEBS, preferred
  • Experience
    • 8+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on compensation and benefits
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
