The Marketing Team

The Marketing team at Airwallex drives brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic campaigns. We leverage data-driven insights and creative strategies to communicate the value of our financial solutions, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing expert to lead our global Product Marketing team. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing a compelling value proposition for our Business Account, Spend Management, and Treasury solutions. You'll work closely with our Product, Commercial, and Strategy teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global Product Marketing strategy to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the Airwallex value proposition and communicate it to prospects, partners, and customers.
  • Lead a high-performing global Product Marketing team, focusing on outcomes and results.
  • Surface customer and competitor insights to inform our product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and own our playbook for driving adoption of new products and features.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of Marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B Product Marketing.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performance teams, focused on outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven orientation, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
  • An ability to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and remain adaptable.
