Front Desk Representative

Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner
* Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests
* Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a high level of guest satisfaction
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
