Front Office Manager

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our front office team. This leadership position is essential for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide front office staff to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest inquiries, providing accurate information and services.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales, to foster effective working relationships.
- Train and mentor front desk team members, addressing any issues that arise and providing coaching for continuous improvement.
- Perform front desk duties as needed and manage staff scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a front desk role or two years in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
