As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records
  • Assist guests with questions and concerns, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, and cleanup
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests

Requirements:

  • Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public
  • Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines in day-to-day activities
  • Ability to speak and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English
  • Willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
