Job Overview

The Procurement Operations department is dedicated to developing service providers to proactively address structural issues and ensure supply chain delivery targets are met during significant production increases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, collaborating with Procurement Officers and Service Provider Development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with established supply chain management standards across all commodities.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain deviations, empowering teams within the plant.
  • Escalate issues to Management and Program Leaders as necessary.
  • Monitor service provider performance against contractual standards and provide insights for counterclaims.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Assurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and overcome challenges
  • Proficient in industrial engineering techniques, including lean methodologies
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Value Stream Mapping and capacity analysis

This role requires a versatile skill set and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the continuous improvement of supply chain operations.
