Position Overview
The Marketing Support Specialist plays a vital role within the global Demand team center of excellence (COE), working in close collaboration with our in-house multi-disciplinary agency, The Shop, alongside the Growth and Innovation team.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic environment and possess a passion for both the creative and operational dimensions of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management & Budget Oversight:
    Establish new vendor relationships, oversee budgets, and manage billing processes. Assist leadership in negotiating comprehensive service agreements and collaborate with legal teams. Work with accounting to ensure vendors comply with necessary agreements and understand billing protocols.
  • Advertising & Creative Asset Coordination:
    Oversee and monitor advertising content across various brands, media channels, and international markets. Partner with IT and the digital asset manager to develop an efficient naming convention and workflow.
  • Communications & Sample Coordination:
    Collaborate with the communications team to design, source, package, and distribute product samples and branded merchandise to media, influencers, and celebrity partners. Support press visits and events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Culture Building & Special Projects:
    Organize team-building activities for the Demand team, including training sessions, social events, and feedback surveys. Lead initiatives that foster team culture and support business objectives.
  • Budget & Financial Management:
    Monitor, categorize, and submit invoices, billing, and purchase orders. Conduct monthly budget reviews and consolidate reports with key finance and accounting partners.
  • Performance Development:
    Utilize performance development systems to enhance personal effectiveness through evaluation, planning, and goal setting. Commit to ongoing personal and professional growth to become an invaluable team member.

Collaboration & Reporting
The Marketing Support Specialist will report to the agency account function and engage with stakeholders both domestically and internationally within the Demand team, including creative, media, public relations, social media, business intelligence, and innovation sectors. Interaction with key multi-functional partners such as legal, finance, procurement, IT, sales, and operations will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    Bachelor’s Degree
    Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
    Strong communication skills across all organizational levels
    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    Proficient in technology and systems
    Strong organizational and planning skills
    Proactive mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:
    Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
    Willingness to travel
    Background in budgeting, planning, or financial analysis
    Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Valid driver's license
