Position Overview

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will engage in the organization and preparation of medical supplies and equipment for distribution to patients. As an integral member of the Logistics team, your responsibilities will include:

- Organizing and preparing medical supplies and equipment for distribution

- Assisting with the loading and unloading of supplies in the warehouse

- Ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of various medical equipment and providing backup driving support when required.

Important Note: This position requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizes and prepares medical supplies and equipment for distribution
  • Completes orders by preparing supplies for patient delivery
  • Accurately fills out delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase orders, and packing slips
  • Stocks and organizes warehouse supplies and equipment
  • Reports inventory levels to the supervising authority
  • Cleans and maintains medical equipment
  • Performs additional related tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is preferred
  • Certification as a pharmacy technician, if mandated by state regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to learn company product codes and terminology quickly
  • Comprehensive understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment regarding inventory management
