- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Consultants, the Marketing Director, and the General Sales Manager to streamline the sales process.
- Manage order entry, verify contract details, and assist in maintaining accurate political tracking.
- Organize promotional materials and keep Sales Proposals updated.
- Communicate regularly with Media Buyers, clients, and internal departments including Accounting, Programming, Traffic, and Creative Services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Attend and document notes during sales and promotional meetings.
- Support the Business Office with various administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of on-air contests and events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the job title.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially during client interactions and events.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Preference may be given to candidates with experience in traffic software and familiarity with the G-Suite platform.
