Job Summary

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Pumping Field Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard, or customer location.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely operate and maintain pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Downhole Operations: Conduct downhole operations, including fluid pump maintenance and repair, to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  3. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure effective and efficient completion of tasks and projects.
  4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in pumping field operations, including leadership and team management.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Certifications: Valid CDL Class A with air brakes, tanker, and HAZMAT certifications preferred.
