Job Title: Pumping Field Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pumping Field Specialist to join our team at Noble Casing Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining fluid pumps and related equipment in the shop, yard, or customer location.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate and maintain fluid pumps and equipment
  2. Perform downhole operations and calculations
  3. Manage a standalone crew and ensure compliance with safety standards
  4. Directly interact with customers to ensure job satisfaction
  5. Conduct daily meetings with management to discuss operations
  6. Oversee daily operations and troubleshoot issues as needed
  7. Mentor and lead team members
  8. Display extensive knowledge of rigging and outside operations of pumps, iron, and wellheads
  9. Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance
  10. Operate or drive all equipment
  11. Comply with required safety and operational procedures
  12. Assist other employees with equipment rigs up and rig down
  13. Operate fluid pumps associated with processes including treatment procedures
  14. Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure that iron certifications are current
  15. Perform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulations
  16. Actively participate in safety meetings and assist to identify and address risks and hazards
  17. Perform other duties as assigned
  18. Comply with DOT regulations
Requirements:
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written
  • Customer service skills
  • Proficient in oilfield well servicing
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods of time
  • Ability to multi-task and be adaptable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to supervise a crew
  • Proficient in complex mathematical equations
  • Ability to analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations
  • Understanding fluid weights, pipe dimensions, and velocity of fluids
Special Requirements:
  • 21 years or older
  • Valid CDL Class A with air brakes. Tanker and HAZMAT a plus
  • Ability to be on location for extended periods of time
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Leadership skills
