Job Summary

As a Pumping Field Specialist at Noble Casing Inc, you will be responsible for leading a crew in safely performing tasks associated with the operation, rig up/down of pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard or customer location. You will be in charge of operating and maintaining fluid pumps and other equipment during operations as well as before and after job completion. Direct contact with customers is required to ensure the job is completed to their satisfaction. Compliance with all safety standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate, service, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  2. Be proficient in downhole operations, including fluid dynamics and calculations.
  3. Manage a standalone crew, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  4. Directly interact with customers to understand their needs and ensure job completion meets their expectations.
  5. Conduct daily meetings with management to discuss operations and address any concerns.
  6. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  7. Troubleshoot issues on jobs as needed, using problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
  8. Mentor and lead team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  9. Display extensive knowledge of rigging and outside operations of pumps, iron, and wellheads.
  10. Complete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenance.
  11. Operate or drive all equipment, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  12. Comply with required safety and operational procedures, including DOT regulations.
  13. Assist other employees with equipment rig up and rig down.
  14. Operate fluid pumps associated with processes, including treatment procedures.
  15. Perform required inspections and maintenance of equipment, ensuring iron certifications are current.
  16. Perform all duties in compliance with customer and company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
  17. Actively participate in safety meetings, assisting to identify and address risks and hazards.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications

1. High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

2. Problem-solving skills.

3. Organizational skills.

4. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.

5. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

6. Customer service skills.

7. Proficiency in oilfield well servicing.

8. Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods.

9. Ability to multi-task and be adaptable.

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

11. Ability to supervise a crew.

12. Proficiency in complex mathematical equations.

13. Ability to analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations.

14. Understanding of fluid weights, pipe dimensions, and velocity of fluids.

Special Requirements

1. 21 years or older.

2. Valid CDL Class A with air brakes, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.

3. Ability to be on location for extended periods.

4. 5+ years of related work experience.

5. Leadership skills.
