About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Lyte Fiber, LLC. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the telecommunications or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
