Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Primary Arms. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Service customer orders and accounts in our ecommerce platform
  • Escalate issues to supervisors or managers as needed
  • Take direction from Customer Service Supervisors, Assistant Manager, and Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned within the Primary Arms team

The natural trajectory for someone in the Customer Service Representative position is the Customer Service Supervisor position. As such positions become available, the ideal candidate will have mastered all job responsibilities and duties, skills and qualifications, and relationships of the Customer Service Representative position.
