Our network of company-owned and franchise locations serves clients across North America. We are dedicated to enhancing our customers' environments through exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to their needs.


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Executive will manage all facets of the company's core cleaning services, ensuring optimal and effective service delivery. This role demands a strategic mindset, robust leadership capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the cleaning sector. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operations, refine processes, and guide a team of professionals to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the formulation and supervision of procedures, systems, and performance metrics for Core Services across our company-owned and franchise locations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Management:

  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to design and execute processes and protocols for service delivery.
  • Identify and allocate operational resources to meet the requirements of divisions and franchises.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual operational assessments at various locations, establishing goals for enhancement and growth.
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for both company-owned and franchise locations.
  • Set and enforce standards for employee appearance and operational practices.
  • Address escalated issues and concerns between divisions and the corporate office.
  • Oversee the operations of company-owned divisions to ensure peak operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee safety.
  • Keep the VP of Operations informed of significant issues and take prompt corrective actions as necessary.
  • Foster positive working relationships with all company employees and franchisees.
  • Recommend and implement strategic modifications to organizational processes and facility operations as required.
  • Prepare necessary reports, records, and documentation, keeping management updated on project statuses.
  • Estimate, monitor, and manage costs associated with areas of responsibility.
  • Drive revenue growth and manage expenses for company-owned locations.

General Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about new products, company initiatives, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and effective communication with division managers, franchise owners, and staff, as well as all levels of the corporate office.
  • Represent COIT professionally to the public, customers, and key vendors as needed.
  • Adhere to corporate standards for attendance and punctuality.
  • Assist in the training of new or existing personnel.
  • Maintain a satisfactory driving record.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to create documents, letters, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans and directions.
  • Demonstrated operational experience, preferably within the cleaning industry.
  • Ability to evaluate operational, programmatic, staffing, and financial needs.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Excellent public relations and communication skills.
  • Strong public speaking abilities with a proven track record of successful presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Robust analytical skills.
  • Ability to obtain necessary documentation for travel within North America.
  • Proven conflict resolution skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25 to 50% of the time to various locations.
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills.
  • Possession of a college degree or relevant work experience.
  • Acceptable driving record.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position involves moderate physical activity, including extensive walking, standing, stooping, and bending. Travel to various locations necessitates the safe operation of a vehicle. The ability to work with a computer keyboard, monitor, and mouse for extended periods is required, along with the capacity to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
