About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Michael Page, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic client engagement and relationship-building. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, manage the sales process from initial contact to close, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources and networks.
  • Proposal Development and Pitching: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and pitch proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Michael Page's services.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales or recruitment, with a proven track record of success in client prospecting and lead generation.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
