About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at Michael Page, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support
  • Source and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources and networks
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to close, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the recruitment industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technology, including CRM systems and online recruitment platforms
