Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 plus commission based on event sales.

Position Summary:
The Events and Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing revenue through the organization of events and promotions outside the restaurant. This is an engaging, hands-on position that promises significant rewards.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales and event coordination, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving. A people-first approach is essential, valuing both guests and team members. We seek a natural leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who remains composed under pressure.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to boost event bookings and achieve sales objectives quarterly.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of all events, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding service.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and aspirations, transforming concepts into reality.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or special requests to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously exploring avenues for enhancement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination or similar roles.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality sector with an emphasis on events.
  • A self-driven individual eager to excel and progress within the organization.
  • Exhibits high levels of adaptability and dedication to fulfilling event requirements.
  • Possesses a lively, enthusiastic, and confident demeanor.
  • Exceptional supervisory and management capabilities specific to event coordination.
  • Familiarity with event management software, preferably Tripleseat.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move swiftly, stand for prolonged periods, and bend as necessary.
  • Occasional lifting and transporting of items weighing up to 15 lbs.
