You will also be responsible for organizational support, systems troubleshooting, testing, inventory organization, documentation, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General support of the technical team on potential upcoming activations
  • General organizational support of the team with systems troubleshooting
  • Support with systems testing
  • Support with inventory organization, documentation, and event planning
  • Support with team systems innovation
  • Staffing support at events managed and produced with the aid of the technical team

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of related experience in events/production
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Smartsheet, Omnigraffle
  • Previous events/production experience is a plus
  • General technical aptitude
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level of information management and general organizational skills
  • Interest and curiosity regarding technical troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Working knowledge of both Mac and Windows OS
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint
  • Computer networking knowledge is a plus
  • Comfortable using light shop tools (hand tools/light power tools/electronics-soldering tools)

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9/80 schedule
