Your goal will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guests with accurate and helpful information about property amenities, services, and local areas of interest.
- Respond to guest calls, requests, or problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with guests to ensure that their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
- Communicate with other departments, such as Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security/Loss Prevention, as necessary to resolve guest issues.
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs.
- Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
