Job Summary:

The Front Desk Ambassador is a key member of the Hilton Garden Inn team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and promote hospitality at all times, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
Welcome and serve guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
Demonstrate good computer skills and accurately handle cash and charges.
Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic, and guest service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the front desk area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
