We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic ambassador to join our Front of House team for the new production Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring public safety, and upholding the theatre's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary customer service to patrons
  • Ensure public safety and integrity of the show
  • Uphold and enforce theatre policies and procedures
  • Acquire working knowledge and practice of emergency procedures
  • Direct and seat patrons in their ticketed seats
  • Utilize a proactive approach to problem solving
  • COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment
Requirements
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • Good interpersonal relations and communication skills
  • Possess a positive attitude and be flexible, friendly, and courteous with patrons and fellow staff members
  • F03 Fire Guard certification preferable but not required
  • Passionate about venue management/performing arts is preferred but not required
